Where are they now?

With the winter cruising season coming to an end, we're seeing the return of some of our friends,

Find out what is happening with Diomedea, Breakaway, Tezelia and Inez "below the fold".

Diomedea finished its 6 month cruise of the Pacific, visiting New Zealand, Tonga, Fiji and Noumea. It's been terrific following their travel on their blog, even better catching up with David and Andrea at First Friday last week. They clearly had a great time around the islands, but their Tasman passage was also memorable.

Tezelia - it was a pleasant surprise seeing Terry and Lilia at First Friday, but Tezelia is still at Yorkeys Knob, waiting for the Southerly trade wind to abate.

Breakaway is edging its way South and was last seen at Gloucester Island. To Quote:

"Gloucester Island, anchored in Gloucester Passage sailed 53 nm. flat seas wind ENE/8-12kt. passed Abbot Point Coal loading jetty. saw Leopard shark, turtle, sea snake, caught/lost 3 mackeral. Most enjoyable day."

Inez was basking in the glow of their success at Hamilton Race Week in August. Good to see a cruising boat up there with the place getters! Their still basking in the Queensland sunshine with no apparent hurry to come home.
